Application Hosting

CSI maintains the application at its data center in Philadelphia, PA. Our servers are in a power redundant environment that is secured against unauthorized physical access. CSI uses the latest in firewall technology to protect the privacy of your information. Only authorized users will have access to your data. We will monitor your application as well as our servers 24 hours / 7 days a week. Daily incremental and weekly full backups will be performed on your data and application. An acceptable amount of down time is to be expected during off-peak hours so that CSI may maintain its equipment.

Our data center brings multiple National Tier 1 Internet Service Providers for maximum uptime, availability, and network optimization, thus minimizing any application downtime. Our data center has three high-speed (DS3 or greater) connections with the major providers UUNet, Sprint, and Level 3. Our center is also connected to the nationwide ATX backbone as an additional upstream. With these connections, customer uptime is maximized by reducing the reliance on a single provider, access point, or peering point. Any two connections can go down in our center and a high level of service is still maintained.
