Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles Cash Collection System
Tracks all cash collected at the State's Motor Vehicle lanes. The system feeds the numbers into the DelDOT Reporting System for use in determining funding for DelDOT (Delaware Department of Transportation) programs.
Delaware Division of Boiler Safety On-Line Tracking Program
The Boiler Safety system is used for tracking all boilers in the State of Delaware. Insurance companies can batch inspection reports of boilers via e-mail to the State, and the State delivers inspection notices via e-mail to the insurance companies. Delaware Division of Boiler Safety is tasked by the State of Delaware to insure safety of all boilers and pressure vessels.
Delaware Department of Public Safety On-Line DUI Client Tracking Program
The DUI system is used for tracking DUI cases from initial interviews and evaluations, through education, and program completion. The system is used by Evaluation and Treatment agencies, the court system, State Police, and the Division of Motor Vehicle.
Delaware Department of Public Safety State Police Academy Candidate Program
The State Policy Academy system is used for tracking all candidates for the police academy, including written exams, oral exams, background checks, polygraph results, and physical fitness tests. All correspondence to the candidates is handled within the program.
Delaware Department of Health & Human Services Audit & Recovery Management Services On Line Accounts Receivable Program
The DOLARS system is used for evaluating possible overpayment to welfare recipients and providing reports to notify case management workers of overpayments. The system is a useful tool in the process of recovering overpayments made.
Delaware Division of Administrative Services and Department of Agriculture USDA Food Distribution Program
This program tracks and reports on the distribution of food for government subsidized food programs for the State of Delaware.

COST Financial Group
COST Financial Group was founded in 1989 with two primary goals: to provide Direct Premium Financing to insurance agents and brokers seeking the highest level of service in the industry, and to provide a "turn key" profit opportunity to agents, brokers or insurance companies wishing to enjoy the profits derived from ownership of the premium finance facility. CSI developed a web site and tracking system to configure and allow entry of premium finance agreements, quotes, and the tracking of all transactions and messages for Cost Finances clients. The system interfaces the collection of finance agreements entered on-line with their corporate billing system.
Rockwood Programs, Inc
Rockwood Programs Automated Information Management System (AIMS) tracks and reports on Agents, Customers, Submissions, Indications, and Policies for Employment Practices Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Property & Casualty, policy lines. The information systems included a web based on-line quoting application, with a component utilized by underwriters and management linked real time to the web based application for instant referral decisions, and rating updates. Rockwood Programs began in July of 1996, and as a MGA possesses a sub-producer network of 10,000 retail agents nationwide. They also communicate directly with the end-buyer to solicit professional liability business.
Sports and Fitness Insurance Corporation
The Sports and Fitness Information System tracks and reports on Brokers, Agents, Customers, Applications, Indications, and Policies for Health Clubs, Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Martial Arts Studios, Bonds, Workers Compensation and Umbrella policy lines. Clients may use the on-line application entry to enter new applications, or to view the current status of their coverage.

Catholic Health East Risk Management System
The CHE Risk Management system tracks claims for all of the care providers in the CHE network. Catholic Health East is a multi-institutional Catholic health system, co-sponsored by 14 religious congregations, and Hope Ministries, a Public Juridical Person within Catholic Health East. Based in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, the System has facilities located within 11 eastern states from Maine to Florida. Catholic Health East is comprised of 31 acute care hospitals, 46 free-standing and hospital-based skilled nursing facilities, 17 residential facilities, five free-standing behavioral health and rehabilitation facilities, and numerous ambulatory and community based health services with more than 14,000 beds. With combined total revenues of $4.3 billion and $5.2 billion in total assets, Catholic Health East is one of the nation's largest Catholic health care systems.
Mercy of Miami Hospital Incident Reporting System
Mercy of Miami is using the Incident Reporting section of the Risk Management Framework for their Risk Management Department. The application includes Incident Reporting, Adverse Drug Reactions, Complaints, and Peer Review. Information on patient data is ‘pulled’ from their Cerner system and integrated with the application. Nurses can report incidents from any PC with a browser. Nurses can also upload follow-up reports using a Palm Pilot.

BMW of North America, Inc. DCS Prospect/Customer Follow Up System
A comprehensive data management and reporting program for tracking potential and existing customers for automobile sales. The system provides detailed management reports used for planning and evaluating sales strategies. It also contains functions for downloading electronic text files from large marketing firms and processing them for use in the system. This program has been installed at over 230 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science Continuing Pharmaceutical Education Course Management Program
This system tracks continuing education courses and seminars completed by pharmacists. The system also compiles grade point averages, credit hours earned, and produces certificates and prints labels for sending to pharmacists when courses have been successfully completed.
Reality Technologies , Ltd. Corporate Database System
This system was developed to process and maintain a customer and orders fulfillment requirement for the sale of financial management software. The system also verifies the validity of credit card numbers used for payment of orders.
Rollins Environmental Services CHEMPAK Express Lane Processor Field System
This system was developed to provide standardized bills of lading for the tracking movement of hazardous materials.
Quality Transportation Services, Inc. TracStar Railcar Management System
This system is actually several distinct programs packaged as a complete Railcar Management system. The Daily Management Module tracks and reports on status and activities of railcars traveling throughout North America. The client site uses this module to call, via modem, a host system which provides a set of files for the client to download and integrate into its database. The client can then view and report on the updated railcar information through pre-written and ad hoc reports. The Yard Master Module tracks and reports on status and activities of railcars at or inbound to the client site. This module also gets updated, via modem, from data obtained from a host system. The module also produces Bills of Lading and sends them to the appropriate recipients via hard copy, fax, and electronic data interchange service.
SmithKline Beecham Clinical Lab Telephone Database System and Clinical Lab Contract Property Database System
This system was developed to track and report on telephone activities at the client's corporate offices. The Property Management system maintained and reported information about properties owned and used by the client.
